Due to the excitement that this event has inspired, we have had a lot of questions about the event. As this event evolves we will be posting as much information as possible here. We will also be sharing as much information as possible through our Facebook page so you can also keep an eye out there.

The Youth of our area have also set up a Facebook page which is dedicated to the One Night Stand and other events that are happening in our community as part of the One Night Stand. You can check this page out here.
Accommodation in St Helens is selling out fast but don’t despair, we have plenty more in our neighbouring towns, St Marys, Fingal, Beaumaris, Scamander, Pyengana and Falmouth. You can also take your chances with the many FREE camping sites in our area.

Remember this is Tasmania and pretty much everything is only a couple of hours away so make sure you check out neighbouring towns as well like Bicheno, Swansea and Weldborough.
Council has organised some buses from various towns to the event. You can find the up to date timetable here.

Please see below the timetable for buses within the Break O’Day area including Binalong Bay, Ansons Bay, Four Mile Creek, Falmouth, Fingal, St Marys, Stieglitz, Akaroa, Scamander, Wrinklers Lagoon, Beaumaris and Pyengana.
*Please note there are limited buses so you will need to be at the bus stop early to avoid disappointment.
St Helens and surrounds is More than a One Night Stand and our community has organised some exciting activities and events to make sure you not only have the best One Night Stand ever, but that you want to come back!
Our youth have also set up a Facebook page where you can keep up to date with all One Night Stand related information.

make a booking of 6 or more and get 10 % off your total bill.
Wear something orange and go into the draw to win your meal back at a later date, or we will be having orange balloons spread around the Pancake Barn, buy a balloon for $1 with all proceeds going to ‘BUY A BALE’ to help the Aussie farmers, inside each balloon will be a prize of some time, big or small.St Helens RSLThe RSL club in St Helens will be open from 11am – 1am on Saturday September 1.
They will then re-open at 9am on Sunday
DJ in the Bar Friday Night from 9pm till late
DJ in the lounge Saturday Night from 9pm till late
Limited selection of drinks available after 8.30pm both Friday and Saturday.
Light snacks available Friday and Saturday nights from 10pm till late.

Thursday August 30, free entry, food van and open till midnight.
Friday August 31 and Saturday September 1, $10 entry with Karaoke until 2am.
Sunday September 2, 12 noon – 6pm, open band jam, bring your instrument and check your inhibitions at the door.
There is not much accommodation left in the area but luckily there is lots of camping.
A lot of the free camp spots available is on the Parks and Wild Life Service managed land.
This means that the area is of environmental significance and we ask that you treat it with the respect that it deserves.

St Helens One Night Stand Over Flow Camping
Available from August 26.
Safe and secure camping in a beautiful location on a private property just 4km outside St Helens.

Camping Available for all self sufficient amenities RV and Caravans.
We ran three business Information Sessions in St Helens, St Marys and Scamander in July. If you were unable to attend one of these meetings, here is a copy of our One Night Stand Business Information that was given out to attendees.
We are looking for around 100 volunteers to help us make this the best One Night Stand ever.
All volunteers will get an official, triple j approved and designed volunteer t-shirt.
