Register of Public Land

In accordance with the Local Government Act, Council at its Meeting on Monday 11th April, 2005 determined the properties to be included on Council's Register of Public Land.

The Public Land Register is available for public viewing at the Council Offices, St Helens during normal business hours.

Persons may object in relation to the inclusion or omission of land from this list. Such objections are to be addressed to the General Manager, Break O'Day Council, PO Box 21 St Helens TAS 7216.
