Break O’Day Council is inviting consultants to submit quotations, methodology, capability statements, and proposed timelines for the development of a feasibility study for an Aquatic Facility in Break O’Day.
Council has developed a comprehensive methodology for this project that takes a ‘gated’ approach which will be made available with the Consultant’s brief. Consultants are strongly encouraged to ensure they understand this process before submitting.
The aim of this project is to examine the challenges and opportunities of constructing an Aquatic Facility in Break O’Day and the Feasibility Study will consider location, features and functionality as well as a funding model and more.
