To register your dog for 2005-2006 please download and complete the following Application Form for Dog Registration 2005/2006 
(55 kb) and visit the Council Chambers St Helens to pay the appropriate fee, if your dog has been sterilised please bring the dogs sterilisation certificate for verification.
