Tenders should be addressed to the Break O'Day Council tender box. Tenders are to be in a sealed envelope clearly marked TENDER DOCUMENT and must reach Council's offices for placement in the tender box prior to the prescribed closing time.
Canvassing of Council staff or elected representatives to promote acceptance of a tender may cause disqualification. This does not preclude a tenderer seeking clarification from the nominated officer stated in the tender document.
