Cemeteries

Break O'Day Council owns and maintains six (6) cemeteries sites throughout the municipality and the locations are listed below:

1. Eagle Street, St Helens
2. Tasman Highway, Weldborough
3. Seymour Street, Fingal
4. High Street, Mathinna
5. Gray Road, St Marys
6. New Street (B), Falmouth
    

For reservations of burial plots and arrangements for grave digging please contact Council on 6376 7900.

Limited access to burial records in the municipality are also available, for an extensive search it is recommended to contact either Service Tasmania or the Department of Justice - Birth, Death & Marriages in Hobart on 6233 3793.
