Proudly sponsored by Youth Week 2023  BE BOLD  BE YOU

Youth Week Tasmania Monday 1 May – Sunday 7 May 2023

This year’s theme, ‘Acceptance: Be Bold. Be You’ was chosen by young Tasmanians aged 12-25 years following state-wide consultation. It aims to recognise the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in Tasmania, and to celebrate the strength and resilience of diverse young communities in our State. Importantly, the theme seeks to foster acceptance and belonging in the community for all young people, and Tasmanians in general.

For more Youth Week INFO visit the Youth Network of Tasmania (YNOT) website

From 1 January 2023 – All events on Council owned land or in Council owned buildings will need to comply with our Single Use Plastic Policy which means they will need to be plastic free.

To make this easy for you we have developed this flyer: Plastic Free Events

You can find a copy of our Plastic Free Policy by clicking HERE.
