Notice of Applications for permit under Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993
All Development Applications submitted after June 1, 2013 will be assessed under “Break O’Day Interim Planning Scheme 2013” and any Development Application submitted prior to the June 1, 2013 will be assessed under “Break O’Day Council Planning Scheme 1996”.
